Shipping and redos

US shipping is free on every canvas order. Each print is made to order. We estimate shipping in 2 to 5 business days and arrival in about 1 to 2 weeks, excluding weekends and US holidays. You will see estimated arrival dates before you pay. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We email tracking when our print partner tells us it has shipped.

You see the full portrait and every word before you pay. If it does not look like them, ask for a redo. You can create up to three versions, including the first portrait, at no charge before payment. You can also ask a person on our team for help.

If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@furkeepsportraits.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will review it and arrange the appropriate solution with our print partner.

Each print is made just for your pet, so orders start printing quickly. Email us right away if you need to change your address.
